School's Out

It's summer. The only thing that's keeping me from breathing easy is the dust I've been kicking up while trying to cram everything back into my room. But still, it's summer, and it feels good. Here are the happenings so far, all of which I'm taking as indicative of a great summer:

A 10 hr, cross-country road trip with the bro. He likes to talk, I like to listen, it works well.
Making it to Tyler in time for a late dinner at Don Juan's - nothing compares.
Hearing, "that's for you", after inquiring about a package on the kitchen table. Hello, Photoshop.
Reunions during Sunday School.
Mother's Day lunch at Willowbrook.
Learning to knit.

I can't wait to see what else is in store!
