Howdy, y'all.
It's Texas Independence Day, friends. Or Texandependence, as to which I think it should be referred from now on. What does this mean?* It means morning tea in a Texas mug, an experimental migas/chilaquiles hybrid for lunch, multiple instances of the same John Steinbeck quote showing up on my newsfeed, a Dr Pepper break, and of course an appearance from the Texas crust cutter in response to a PBJ dinner (so it was basically a pretty typical day, now that I think about it - with the addition of the Steinbeck quote). Now if only a girl's daddy were here to move the furniture and make an impromptu dance floor for two-steppin'...
